Once your form is submitted, our team will review your request.

When you are approved to receive a voucher, you will receive a phone call before the monthly distribution with the pickup date & instructions.

Voucher distribution usually takes place from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

Please provide a working phone number and ensure your voicemail is set up and not full.

We cannot issue your voucher(s) if we are unable to reach you.

 

Payment at Time of Pickup

You may pay by cash or electronically using:

• PayPal

• Venmo

• Zelle - There is no processing fee when using Zelle.

💲 If paying with PayPal or Venmo, a $5.00 processing fee must be added for using their online platform.

Please have your payment ready at the time of pickup and show the confirmation screen to the volunteer to verify that your payment was received.
