Once the form is submitted, if you are authorized to receive a voucher(s), you will receive a phone call prior to distribution. 
Make sure you provide a working phone number and have your voicemail set up.
We cannot get your voucher(s) to you if we cannot reach you.

At the time of pickup, CASH ONLY will be accepted.
No Credit Cards, Debits Cards, or Checks will be accepted. If you choose to pay online return to this website to pay via the PayPal link below or may use Venmo either by scanning the QR code below or findings us @Desert-Cat-Rescue.
You must add a $5.00 processing fee if you choose to use PayPal or Venmo. 
Please print your receipt or take a screenshot and be prepared to show it when you pick up your voucher(s).
